Q. When is the best time to core aerate my lawn?
-
A. Spring and fall are ideal times to core aerate your lawn. Aerating allows oxygen and nutrients found in water and fertilizer to penetrate the soil, encouraging a healthy lawn.
-
Q. When should fertilizer be applied to my lawn?
-
A. We recommend fertilizing a lawn both spring and fall. Give your lawn a healthy start to the season by applying fertilizer in early spring. A fall application restores needed nutrients that may have broken down throughout the season.
-
Q. How often should I water my lawn and when is the best time?
-
A. Natural rainful may be inconsistent over the summer months. Set your lawn sprinklers to water in the early mornings or in the later evenings. An efficient irrigation system should water your lawn thoroughly in 10-20 minutes. Avoid watering in direct sunlight. Please adhere to watering restriction guidelines.
-
Q. How do you properly mow and trim a lawn?
-
A. Trim the edges along walk, drive, obstacles, and garden beds with a trimmer. Make sure your lawn mower blade is sharp and the height of the blade is appropriate. Never trim more than 1/3 the depth of your lawn. This will expose roots and healthy thatch to the hot sun and possible disease. If possible, mulch cut grass into lawn. This is a natural way of recycling nutrients back into your lawn. If possible, mow your lawn on cooler or cloudier days.

Q. How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
-
A. We strongly recommend regular gutter cleaning and inspection in the spring and fall. When gutters are clear and free-flowing, there is less risk of damaging the gutters, mold, leaks, rot, and roof damage.
-
Q. How often should I have my exterior windows cleaned?

A. When windows show signs of dirt, spotting, or stains, the windows should be cleaned. Regular cleaning programs are available to ensure the brightest outlook possible! As with any home or building, regular maintenance inhibits wear while promoting longevity.

-
Q. Do you do residential powerwashing?
-

We powerwash building exteriors, utility rooms, garbage bins, galvanized and aluminum roofs, gutter exteriors, concrete and asphalt, stairways, driveways, walks, vinyl and wooden decks, fences, retaining walls, equipment, tools, and more. For extra tough spots we can apply degreasers of varying degrees.
-
